Picture Poems
This web site was created by three classes of English students at the Högskolan för Lärarutbildning & Kommunikation (HLK), Jönköping University, Sweden. In each 90 minute class, students worked in small groups to author a poem about connections between pictures that represented something important in their lives. The titles of the poems are organized by each class below:
In another class on pedagogy, pairs of students created still life tableaus to represent words. Then we combined them around a theme of Freedom? and set the images to music in a quicktime video
Groups of students created the picture poem websites during their English Language Pedagogy classes the Fall of 2001.
