WELCOME!!! This is the official site of the graduate students of the College of Education at The Pennsylvania State University. While this site was created to assist those grad students within the College of Education, we are certainly not limited to its student body.

This organization was created by students who desired a forum to address issues of importance to graduate students majoring in education. While we recognize and appreciate the work of the Graduate Students Association at Penn State, we envision a more intimate setting for this organization.

The mission of this student-led organization is:

to bring together graduate students along similar academic lines with regards to scholarship, publishing, and collaboration,

to serve as a resource and support network,

to share concerns and interests regarding research,

to provide the opportunity for critical, theoretical, and political exchanges,

to assist students in preparation for conferences, presentations, and forums,

to provide a forum for the discussion of issues and ideas for the betterment of our environment,

to alleviate academic and social anxieties, and

to encourage communication and conversation among ourselves.

We encourage the participation of all graduate students, but specifically new graduate students. We hope to provide them with a solid foundation and firm connections on which to build an impressive graduate school career.
