Internet in the Curriculum
A class of educators at the Pennsylvania State University developed the following world wide web pages during a 10 day workshop. They designed the pages to support a particular project or group of students. You may also find their pages helpful for your project or learning goals.

Kelly Hyde, Debra Smith, and Scott Vario designed a thematic based web to support their 5th grade students' reading of the Houghton Mifflin literature based reading text of the same name.

John Thompsen designed a presentation for his school board members to support an initiative to bring access to the school.
Tod McPherson designed a page of resources for chemistry students and teachers.
- Fifth Grade Science:
Vicki Aults designed a page of resources to support the various science topics which are explored over the year in her fifth grade.
- A Pre-Service School House:
Nancy Yost designed a school building with various resources to help first year teachers and pre-service student teachers.
- Beast Feast:
Jennifer Evans, Carol Harrison, Melissa Miller, Anna Myers, and Janice-ann Rupp designed a group of pages for elementary children which explore fables, folktales, and fairytales about favorite beasts.

- State College High School English Department:
Ellen Campbell, and Chris Weakland designed English teacher home pages which share important personal, English department, and school information.
- State College Area High School Library Home Page:
Nola Wright and Paul Wright designed the library home page to organize information about internet research sites, library resources, library staff and policies, and ideas supporting the educational value of the internet.

Bobbi Hammett and Iris Striedieck designed these pages to offer an opportunity to communicate about issues of concern to girls in high school.
